  • FOUR 45-MINUTE monthly phone OR video call check-ins (done weekly) to discuss the past week, reflect & plan of action for the week ahead​

  • Guidance of simple weekly actions chosen by yourself to build upon your current goal​​

  • Unlimited support, guidance and accountability in between calls via direct text message to me​

It's been a year since I made a decision to start getting back into a fitness routine. At the time it was just one of those things I new I should do, but never made the time for. Now, I hate it when I miss a class and look forward to what foal I'm going to smash next. 

I found Jeanne through a friend of a friend and we started with a few private sessions that made me remember how much I enjoy moving and challenging myself.
