Class Descriptions

BURN & BOOTY

This strength training workout focuses on increasing functional strength, conditioning and building a strong lower body, one rep and set at a time.

Get ready to feel the BURN! This workout includes a warmup and cool-down stretch!

metabolic MAYHEM
 

This class incorporates strength exercises and conditioning moves that improve power and cardiovascular fitness. Get ready to build muscle, boost your metabolism and keep it revved well after you put the weights down! All exercises are timed, so each participant can work at their personal best. Each workout includes a warmup and cool-down stretch.

ARMS + ABS

In this strength focused workout, you will use dumbbells to complete exercises to strengthen your back, shoulders, chest and deep core muscles.  Build a strong upper body and core, one rep and set at a time. This workout include a warm up and a cool-down stretch!

total body sTRENGTH

This class combines supersets to build lower, upper and core strength. This full-body workout is guaranteed to burn fat and sculpt muscle. All exercises are timed, so each participant can work at their personal best. This workout includes a warmup and a cool-down stretch.

FRIDAY 8:45am

bodyweight burner

Get ready to sweat using your own bodyweight to build strength, get your heart pumping and shape your entire body! This workout is done with timed-intervals, so each participant works at their personal best. This workout includes a warm up and cool down stretch.

(35 minutes)

Equipment Needed: Just your bodyweight! Or add a weighted vest for an extra challenge!
